September 12, 2010 Pastor John Cowles was voted in as the new Lead Pastor of then Family Worship Assembly now Bridge Church.
John and Stephanie Cowles came to FWA in August 2004. John was in Youth Ministry from 1992 to 2009. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing golf. John and Stephanie have three children, Isaac (Stephanie Cowles), Isabella and Lucas.
Pastor John is a graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis.

Pastor Isaac Cowles grew up in Bridge Church and after high school went to North Central University and studied Pastoral Studies. Isaac became the Youth Pastor at Bridge Chruch in May 2020. Isaac and Stephanie were married on August 1, 2020, and welcomed their first child, Maelie in February of 2023.

Sarah Jordan became our Children’s Pastor in January 2017. Sarah has previously served as a Children’s Pastor in the Minneapolis area. We are blessed to have her and her husband Nick join the Bridge Chruch team. Sarah brings a real passion and enthusiasm to the Children’s Ministry.
